The Payment Services Directive came into force on 1 November 2009 under which any UK entity that makes payments must be authorised by the FSA and comply with both the FSA rules and the Payments Services Regulations 2009. APCC member firms can assist you in this process.

The Steering Council & Meeting Minutes

The Steering Council meets regularly and directs the business of the APCC.

 

 

Members of the Steering Council are drawn from a wide cross-section of the compliance consultant community.

 

It is intended that Steering Council members will serve for up to three years after which they will retire but may put themselves forward for re-election by members of the APCC. Individuals within member firms of the APCC can be elected to the Steering Council at general meetings of the APCC as set out in the constitution.
