Complyport is an independent compliance consultancy, established in March 2002 and owned and managed by former FSA Officers and industry professionals. The team of 12 combines ex-FSA personnel combining over 22 years of working at the Regulator; former compliance officers & senior compliance staff, together with legally qualified consultants. With a team including a former Manager of FSA Authorisation and a former Manager of FSA Supervision, Complyport is uniquely placed to offer insightful and professional advice and guidance on the current FSA regulatory regime. As an independent consultancy, Complyport is small enough to provide a professional personalised service, but large enough to apply the necessary resources.
