Appointing and Using Compliance Consultants
Following a review by the FSA in 2007 of the use of compliance consultants by regulated firms the FSA published a factsheet summarising how smaller retail firms should approach this area. The APCC endorses this factsheet and has also added supplementary material to assist firms in selecting a compliance consultant, both of these documents are available below. At the time of the review the APCC also published a press release which is also available.
