FSA Review of Compliance Consultants

The FSA has now completed its review of compliance outsourcing by small firms – more commonly known as the FSA review of compliance consultants. The FSA issued today a press release summarising the review findings, a guide to using compliance consultants and a factsheet which reproduces the guide in slightly more detail. Copies of these documents are attached in PDF format:

The Association has also issued a press release to the financial press setting out our involvement with the FSA on this project and providing a compliance consultants viewpoint to the FSA’s own findings. A copy of this press release is attached for your information.
